2 cups of regular flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of oil from plants
a half-cup of water
2 tablespoons of oil from plants
Cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of garam masala
1/2 tsp. of red chilli powder
Salt: 1 teaspoon
1 cup of boiled mashed potatoes
1/2 cup of fresh boiled peas
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
Oil for frying


Mix the flour and salt together in a bowl. Mix in the vegetable oil until the mixture of flour and oil becomes crumbly. Gradually add water while mixing until the dough comes together into a ball.
