Instructions for preparation:

- Heat the oil in your deep fryer or a big pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Take the frozen french fries out of the freezer and place them carefully in the oil. Do this in small batches so you don’t overcrowd the pot.
- Fry the fries for 2 to 3 minutes, until they start to turn a light golden colour.
- With a slotted spoon or fry basket, take the french fries out of the oil and let them drain on a plate or tray lined with paper towels.
