Chicken Malai Boti should be defrosted from the freezer and allowed to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before being used.
In a deep skillet or deep fryer, bring oil to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Once the Malai Boti has thawed, remove any excess moisture by patting it dry with paper towels.
Fry the Malai Boti in the hot oil until it is golden brown and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes.
