How to cook it?
Deep fry method:
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Carefully place frozen beef seekh kebab in the hot oil.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Allow it to cool for a minute and serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
Pan-fry method:
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of oil to the pan.
- Carefully place frozen beef seekh kebab in the pan.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Let it cool for a minute and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
