How to cook it?
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the frozen aloo samosas to the oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Fry the samosas for 8-10 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Using a slotted spoon or tongs, carefully remove the fried samosas from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
- Repeat the process with the remaining samosas.
- Let the samosas cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the hot and crispy aloo samosas with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney. Enjoy!
